North Coast Opportunities, Inc. (NCO) is a nonprofit Community Action Agency serving Lake and Mendocino Counties, with additional programs in Humboldt, Sonoma, Del Norte, Napa, and Solano Counties. Founded in 1968, NCO works to strengthen communities by providing opportunities for individuals and families to build stability and self-reliance through a wide range of services and community-based initiatives. With a dedicated team of over 250 employees and thousands of volunteers, NCO is a proud member of the national Community Action Partnership network. Through responsive advocacy, engagement, and services, NCO continues to support vibrant, inclusive, and resilient communities across Northern California.
